I think we are seeing some "new year" selling as people take profits while they still can...those that started to scale out of stocks like csco, msft, intc and other stocks with big multi-year uptrends have waited til the new year to sell more. That's what I think we will see for the first few days of the year.

and there may be some capitulation by those that don't have $5 average costs on csco.
