Peter, thanks, i do know the bear forum but haven't had time to follow it. regarding the post by Tommy on sentiment, it's hitting the nail on the head...we have never before had a downturn in the market as bad as the current one with sentiment staying so complacent concurrently. the notion that all declines, no matter how scary, will immediately be retraced (usually after the Greenspan put has been invoked) is so deeply ingrained by now that fear of a bear market has simply disappeared. quite amazing, and shedding an interesting light on human psychology.
