What do you think an AG rate cut this week or next does to the markets after the initial pop? I am thinking AG owes Bush this much perhaps in exchange for a Greenspan moderated tax cut. I also buy into bams asset reallocation/tax gain theory and John Shannon's quarterly tax cut liquidity problem. Leads me to believe that we will see the best prices in here for the next two weeks before a substantial rally(whether bear market rally or not).
