It seems that the Vendor financing that was announced at 3Q CC is progressing.

The way I read the new 8K is that once the equity was actually sold to MSFT, CPQ, et. al. ($270M Dec 1?), it made an additional $125M of CSCO financing available to Winstar. Does this mean that there is now $375M of CSCO financing immediately available?
