well, I agree and I don't agree I agree that the gloominess is bullish, though I would not get too excited until I see individual investor gloominess ( and until I see my own broker gloomy) however, I do not expect much out of the NDX this year and maybe even next year _ expect only a trading range. I am now vigorously trying to get my average cost down, and simulations indicate that it will not be that easy to get average cost to the level of the market as for today, a 10% decline (or so) has caused me to buy a double scale - 1st ever
