First, a DUI and a DWI are not the same. Second, this is what Pataki said:"``I guess that qualifies you to be President of the United States then,'' Pataki said.

That is not a fact, that is a joke. Bush did not win because of the DUI, and it was not a part of his resume. It did not QUALIFY him for anything. However, it did not disqualify him, and if not, why pick on Martinez.......That was, I think, the thrust.......
