| Cybercorp started this thread, then announced they would no longer monitor it, or answer questions. If Cybercorp was still around, I could ask them about the server problems this morning, and why my charts didn't work on Cybertrader 3.004 until after noon. I could also ask them about all the problems with Cybertrader 3.0, and all the updates in the last few weeks, four I think, which by the way never solved one single problem. I could also ask them why every time I call tech. support I get a different answer for a problem i'm having, and why one tech. tells me they've never heard of that problem before, and when I hang up, and call again a different tech tells me that the problem is a software issue, and is being addressed, and it either is, or isn't a top priority fix at this time. I could also tell them I'm sick of their crappy software, with all it's problems, and glitches that never get fixed, and to KISS MY ASS, but their not here anymore, so I can't tell them any of this. |
