Techs ARE the business cycle now! This bear is cyclical, with a liquidity crisis in public venture capital, a dose of credit crunch from the 1990 recession, and a dose of Constitutional crisis from the 1974 recession. ...oh, and a dose of an energy scare like '74 or '79, but this time not real.
