The Fed is stuck because if they lower rates too aggresively it will produce a much lower dollar and induce even more foreign selling. I don't think people realize how much of this bull market was funded by foreign investors. Most of the day traders have been forced to go back to work. I'm not looking at much higher unemployment for a while yet. Gold is the winner here.
