Patron, I don't think you are correct. Foreigners haven't been plowing money into US and the dollar because interest rates in US are high. They are doing that because US economy was growing faster than the whole world. Cutting interest rates will make the dollar go back up again. Since US the main consumer nation in the world, dollar NEEDS to be strong for the survival of the world as we know it.
