As the old proverb goes, we are trying to see through a glass darkly.
With the lack of information we have, almost any scenario is possible.

My own logic dictates that a "Tight Well" may well be a positive indication in this particular type of situation. However with lack of information, too much is left to the imagination. Wish we had the monk back. He might be able to use one of his connections to help throw some light on the issue. I am suprised that SOROS has not had his bats out in nightly formation by this time.
