An unusual lack of postings today. KWK breaks out to a new all-time high. Also nice to see SMOP starting to edge higher toward the buyout price.

I bought some tech today in the final hour, small positions in CSCO, NTAP, RFMD and PHTN. Nasdaq shaping up for one of those open-marginally-higher-quickly-followed-by-the-big- plungeola scenarios. If this happens, I will double down on todays bet, sifting through the carnage for the best rebound opps - targeting JNPR, BRCM, PMCS, VRSN among others. Today's Robbie Stephens downgrades seemed like a setup - no doubt preferred clients were made aware last week.

Looking at CSCO, I'd say a technical rebound to 45 is likely. CSCO forward PE now down into the upper 30's (33 divided by .90 est earnings in next 4 quarters).
However, I'm being careful - the stock is acting like a preannouncement is forthcoming. The kind where everyone on the street knows about it but the small investors.
