A couple of positives in today's action

1. Contraction in new lows on the NAZDAQ when it hit 2300
the previous time.
2. Lighter volume on the NAZDAQ.
3. Semi equipment stocks like AMAT, NVLS etc were up today.

Could we be forming a double bottom on the NAZDAQ ?
