I still think tht GENI is a house of cards. Ultimate
Holdings, Ltd., a Bermuda limited company, is the holder of
2,028,634 shares and a significant amount of GENI's debt.
While some of these shares were acquired through the
conversion of debt and the exercise of some warrants, a good
portion were acquired through open market purchases. Yahoo
has the float at 2.8 million and short sales (as of
12/8/00). My guess is that the float is significantly lower
if you back out the shares held by Ultimate. From various
