...and to further add to an average taxpayer's delightful basket of current economic fecal droppings, my own home state has decided to raise state taxes on gasoline by at least 2c, as well as raise all those other fees related to driving or owning a vehicle- license, registration, etc. this would help pull in a tidy 300 million or so they feel they are sadly lacking <g> once each state in the union recognizes that there might be shortcomings in tax revenues after our 2000 debacle, i think lots more citizens will pay increased state taxes in one form or another... i'm going to move to canada where they are considering subsidizing each and every citizen from the 'cradle to the grave.' sounds goooood to me, since i'm paying taxes thru the nose anyway <gg>
