MCDE and IBPI
I have recently looking at Intrabiotics (IBPI) as a possible investment. From a cash to market cap perspective, they look attractive. I noticed that they are located in Mountain View, as is MCDE, both company have the same Zip code. Would you consider them a good fit in a merger?
Both do develop antibiotics and could need some critical mass in this ultra competitive business, IMHO. Would their research activities/technologies fit together?
