gst, this isn't partisan. a tax cut is stupid. bush's proposal is highway robbery. the top 1% get to add a few "00"s to their accounts while joe and jane 6 pack get $400 in "relief" and get to pay excessive $500-$1000 in extra interest rate costs b/c of the stimulatory effect of the tax cut. iow, the middle class get screwed, steve forbes and bill gates walk away smiling.
