OK, who can tell me what's going on with TMNT?

OK, before anyone jumps on my case, I don't usually look at stocks like this AND I HAVE NO CURRENT POSITION IN TMNT!!!! However, an interesting coincidence:

1) Recently, Mr. Pink was impressed by the large amount of cash-liabilities relative to its tiny market cap (someone else passed along the idea on his thread). I looked at the stock but passed because I didn't know squat about the business.

...and then..

2) Today, a very good friend (a savvy investor and former bond trader) called and mentioned that I should look at it because (in his words) "something is brewing...it will most likely get snapped up".

I have no details. Take the above as nothing more than RUMOR. I am simply passing this along. Since the stock is trading so far below cash (and there doesn't seem to be any hint of scam) I may buy a little just for grins and beer money.
