I find it incredibly amusing that the biggest proponents of less government are the same ones that want to increase it. Military buildups, due to their nature, involve more than just buying more guns. There is the whole infrastructure that is concerned, and that will increase the role of the government in the economy no matter the attempts to contain it. Actually, I find it galling. It seems that the only branch of gov't they want to build up is the military.....and they are fervent about it. I think that's why the military is so not budget minded. ted
