We have or will shortly have the technology to defend against limited strikes. If we cancel the ballistic missile defense programs then we are unlikely to randomly stumble across some way to defend against a massive attack. If you don't advocate eliminating those programs then we are far close in opinion then I thought but I don't think this is true. Tim, Think about what you are saying....do you really want to live thru any massive attack, defended or not? What kind of world would be left? All this military buildup sh*t does is raise the odds that we will blow this planet up to kingdom come! ted
