Looks like we may seen teens on Nas soon. Technically once it breaks 2000, it can go quickly to 1500 - 1600 range. If S&P fails to hold 1200s it can go quickly to 950 or P/E of 16.8. If 10 year rates drop to around 4% that would equate to SPY of 1.5 - or MOABO (mother of all buying opportunities).

The analysts are slowing this process by their incremental predictions of year 2001 market levels - ie predictions of a few percent gain or loss, rather than admitting market is still very high by historical levels, will come down to earth sooner or later, and that year after election is historically worst for market especially when Republican succeeds Democrat (statement of fact, not meant to be political statement).

Rationalism is returning to market - yesterdays action was very interesting, high fliers really tanked while beaten down telcos actually gained and market breadth (at least for NYSE) was not too bad.
