Any thoughts on whether company will succeed? Pace of transformation to H2H format is bold move - they really have no alternative. Imo within a year company will either be bankrupt or will be starting move to double digits (within 2-3 years if company is successful). By spring we shouold have some idea of how inventory liquidation of HBI stores went and by summer we should have indication of success or failure of phases 1 and 2 conversions.
