perhaps when one states an opinion and it is based on fact and documentation, it is not necessary to conclude that it is an "attack"

reality must be accepted....the genius calls of the past bull market mean naught if assets were decimated over the past year, particularly in the sense that certain mindsets are inflexible.....

jim willie merely feeling the reality of the current market, and voicing an opinion that clearly states that certain strategies based on vapor have been devastating to those who attempted same....

people getting hurt because of faith and failure to see the obvious....

in the bull market, the noveau genius investor argued that knowledge of history in the equity markets no longer applicable, no need to look in the rear view mirror, it's a new economy, business no longer required to make money....and they got rear ended by a semi carrying cases of "falling knives", that continued to run over them.....at that point they failed to admit their pancake status and were determined much like wiley coyote to defeat the road runner....nothing was learned and it only bolstered their faith and belief in their ability......to the point that others are blamed for losses....
