To correct one point, I used a 32.7% growth rate in my calculations since that was the analyst consensus according to I/B/E/S when I did the analysis.

Good question re the NPV calculation. Its just a factor used by a lot of M&A people, and it is so far out into the future that it doesn't matter that much.
