the thing is...you can cut rates by a hole point and people aren't just going to run out and buy pc's or lend money to to business that have failing business plans. Rate cuts won't stop a price war in the pc sector. Rate cuts won't keep garbage companies from going broke. We have to clean out the bad debt in bad businesses and pay for the miss alocation of capital. bambs
