"Coverage is decent, going through 3 lath and plaster walls I still get 5Mbps with a distance of about 75 feet."

Jorj- How cow. 5Mbps. Puts my Intel AnyPoint HomeRF in the toy category(at only about 200kbps at best). I do not see how HomeRF is going to compete with 802.11b(Wi-Fi).

Why is Proxim(new entrant to wireless home networking) of the opinion that HomeRF is going to win the standards battle? Must be something going on behind the technology that I don't understand.

IMO about the only thing HomeRF has going for it is Intel and their help desk. -MikeM(From Florida)
