I think I'll hold off on my party plans for a few more days. This one day rally was great, but it is only one day. There have been quite a number of small investors who've lost big time over the last month and have cashed out. These are the people who helped drive the stock up over 50. They won't be back to support the next move up. I believe that yesterday's run-up involved quite a bit of short covering. This won't be happening today. Short sellers might even come back in to try another round trip. In addition, the drop to 21 rocked the confidence of many. They could be looking to sell while the stock is up. If the stock drops back down, I'll still be Long Iomega, but I don't think I'll feel like buying my plane ticket to Atlanta just yet. Go ahead and buy some Southern Comfort. I won't complain if you have to open it before the 19th.
