...Under terms of the agreement, VeriSign also appointed Identix as a premier supplier of biometric solutions to VeriSign, including biometric authentication, validation and security products and services. The terms of supply will be agreed upon by the parties in a separate agreement.

I would like that to read "the" premier supplier. It seems to me that they haven't agreed to the terms yet, but only to the fact that there would be an alliance.

I would also be curious to hear what other products and services they could develop. Any ideas out there?

Needless to say, this has been a long time coming and I am very glad to see it. I am especially glad to see it was Verisign :-).
