Have you read Galbraith's account of '29? It's hard for me not
to see the massive parrallels to today's market, but I may be a little more open minded. "It's different this time" is not part of my vocabulary.

I have read this piece and it is interesting reading - and information we should no doubt understand. But, we should integrate this perspective along with other views and data that we have at our disposal... along with a understanding how the markets have changed from 1929. So while you may believe you're open minded perhaps you're following a very narrow view as presented by Galbraith without considering or incorporating other information that may be available to you. Just a thought.
