I do not think additional shares warranted a SEC filing since MSFT is purchasing non voting shares. The upside of all of this is that MSFT is adding value to Corel shares by pulling the outstanding shares off the table and causing a supply and demand aspect which in turn should drive up the share price.I personally cannot see any problems where if MSFT decides to purchase more shares, they met all disclosures guidelines and their position is open to the public.
