Again!!! scam crim company ARCA crashes right as the news of this interest rate cut comes out...leaving the small investor out in the cold. Always, always, always...just like clockwork. ARCA is controlled by CNBC which is controlled by the investment banks. ARCA is down and by the time it is back up, all the deals will be gone. Archapelaagio needs to be investigated. This is bullshit! That is my opinion.
