Fed added that it was prepared to cut that rate further to 5.5 percent if necessary. Do not fight the fed (I sold the 2490 futures on ndx though) in the long run. This market could explode up if a tax cut is passed + more rate cuts + part of social security money going into the market. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with the way civilization is progressing. All we need is a more optimistic view of the world.
