bambs, this 1/2 cut is a desperate act of a desperate man... It is - agreed. NAPM I'm sure frightened the fed. I think this is what the market didn't bank on... 50 basis points interim.. that's major. this rally is a bonus chance to short what you missed out on 3 days ago.. I agree if you're trading.. but given that this is a desperate act of a desperate man it would suggest to me that he is willing to do more to avert a "hard landing". Or, are you suggesting that there is nothing that the fed can do at this point? OG
