In re: RRC I am going to watch it trade for a bit first. My guess is it recovers 1/4-3/8 tomorrow, and continues down for a few days. My guess is it bottoms around 5 9/16. If it drops significantly below that, I will own it again.

I bought 7800 SMOPW warrants yesterday at the close yesterday for .51.

I will ride out my SMOP position, divesting to cash somewhat as it rise towards the selling price. SMOP looks to be a very fine 20% 'pretty sure bet' sitting on the table for 4 month wait. I like that I can get a cash buyout option.

Other than that, I remain cautious. I don't know if you read my late night insomniac diatribe a few days ago, but I think we have passed the value phase, recovery and growth phase and are in the midst of the boom phase economically for companies and the momentum money phase for investors.

Earlier, it was pretty easy for someone with good instincts and the common sense to understand the trend and the reasons for it to "throw a dart" and do pretty well.

Now, more than ever, one really needs to understand the interplay of fundamentals to valuations in light of momentum, international politics and investor sentiment.

I'm nervous....got the emotional sensations of the deer in the headlights and fortunately the sense to get the heck out of the road!!!!

In short, it really is a stock picker's market now...no rush for me at this point.
