The problem is you see someone screaming about some symbol you're not tracking, and waste time and focus checking out what is going on. After a few you don't bother anymore, and then someone posts something that would have been useful. No one gets anything from the thread, everyone stops posting, and the thread is empty. Hardly anything has been posted here for ages. A little activity and three of the most anooying posters on SI suddenly show up, posting nothing about potential trades or related to trading. Sad really what kind of life these people must have, just wandering around stock chats looking to waste some time. It's one thing for people making genuine attempts at a collaborative effort...I wouldn't touch most of ATIAL's lists with present trading volumes but at they clearly aren't the self serving "spam my holdings" MO that some people have had for years. Come on people, it's a trading thread. There are suddenly a lot of good candidates today. Anyone that wants to trade lets get to work.
