This is the reason I backed up the truck to pick up NT immediately after the Fed action. The 1/2% cut did it for me along with the current bond rates. It's more perception then reality as far as NT is concerned but the market trades on perception. The only reason I can figure that NT is not performing with CIEN is the overhang of the CLEC financing issue.
