Paul, there are many L-T ADCT holders here. This is a solid company with a VERY nice product profile/mix. They have everything from optics to cable to DSL to wireless. More importantly, they are global, selling about 30% or more oversees. Nice penetration. Only other company with a similar product/client mix are: NT, ALA, and ERICY (sans cellular group that's hurting them). But note that those listed are NOT US-based companies. FWIW, it's my firm belief that they will be a dominant force, taking over LU where they stumbled.
