Japanese banks do not have adequate capital with the Nikkei under 15K. what nobody wants to admit is that Japan is THE showcase for the utter failure of Central Banking, and the mispricing of rates because of it.
no way can this mess be sorted out WITHOUT a collapse as a result of which all bad debts get written off once and for all. the entire global leverage pyramid needs to be cleared out, but the CBs do not want anyone to know that their fiat bubble experiment is failing, so they keep papering over it, with more and more leverage created in the process.
