Yes, but.

Several of the semi-equipment processes are now designed to operate within a single machine. Using a combination of processes that are not toleranced to each other would likely involve a lot more handling outside of those machines, with increased spoilage/contamination/breakage potential.

I think it's possible, but may not be as economical as you would think.
