I've recently been purchasing Drugstore.com. Do you think there is hope for this one? It's up 50% since last Friday. Regards,

David,

I do believe there is hope for Drugstore.com. They are no longer and have not been for some time a pure play. I believe it would be better if their partner was not Rite Aide but they do have a brick and mortar partner. Also, and I believe this to be very important, the products they sell on average have gross margins that will exceed fulfillment expense. They have not taken on debt nor are they trying to sell world wide in just a few years. They are methodical and steady. There seems to be a lot of people that state Amazon is the best on-line retailer. Fulfillment is quick, inventory is well tracked, etc. I believe Drugstore.com beats them hands down.

I know they are both KP firms but the management is far from the same.
