announced it has filed a Form 10-SB with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Form 10-SB will be reviewed by the Securities and Exchange Commission prior to being declared
effective.
Upon the effectiveness of this filing, ChinaMallUSA.com will become a full reporting company. In the
future, all annual and quarterly reports, proxy statements, reports relating to material contracts,
