the techs. The fundamentals are a dreary, dismal mess. The rate cut is small comfort for now. Do you really think this cut is going to cause Gillette, Bank of America, Etoys, AMZN, CMGI, Office Depot, Ford Motor Co, Maytag, or ATT to go out and start spending more on networking or telecom equipment? I don't. They all have their own problems to deal with as we know.
