The 'hide and dump' hypothesis is interesting. As I have watched the recent otcbb scams (from the sidelines, fortunately), nothing would surprise me. Would you be adverse to calling UPR to confirm or refute the tight hole status? They might tell you that they have no comment, but it would be worth a shot. If they confirm it, you'll just have to wait it out. Obviously, the other possibility is that IMMM is lying, which would certainly make your hypothesis much more likely.
The only bit that doesn't make sense to me is that it would be fairly easy to 'leak' disinformation about a 'success', then sell after the inevitable price rise.
