They don't say what grind they did the bottle tests at. I don't know how far they have to truck the waste which I estimate the stripping ratio to be 3:1. Top of a ridge means no flat places to put the waste that are stable. Where are the leach pads going to be? The deposit is at 3800 meters which means there's more down than up.

Each tonne of waste should cost about 50 cents/tn to get out of the pit by then what? This type of rock unit is not known to be easy to drill and blast as the drill centers have to be fairly tight. And, grinding may be expensive as the work index could be 14 or better. Have they said what % of the rhyolite is silica? Has it been further altered by silica? What other types of alteration are present? Is this a syngenetic deposit? Further thoughts.
