I expect it was probably Tom Waits I was trying to do. Those early albums were great. I've heard a lot of Tom Waits, but haven't been able to find this one album I'm looking for. It starts off with "Inebriated, and good evening..."... Pretty vague, but that's all I got to go with. Pretty interesting experience.
