Paul,
Can you please comment as best you can regarding the following "share holder's" accounting of a meeting that several "share holders" had with Scott Roix (that supposedly occurred last week) as this "report" refers to last year's share holder mtg.
I suspect the "reporter" posed his questions to hear what he wanted to hear to reinforce his particular slant, since technically he seems not to make a distinction between a relationship with what could lead to a deal, and a deal itself..
Thanks in advance,
ztect

Disney & Lufthansa Deals:
Everyone who attended the Shareholders meeting last March was impressed when alleged Lufthansa and Disney people were there to announce deals with TSIG. Until that happened I was planning on selling my shares.
Since then there has been considerable time given to posting about the deals and when they will be announced or if they in fact are real.
In the meeting I attended at TSIG this week Scott Roix answered the questions.
There is no deal with either company and never has been.
While the great charade was going on at the Shareholders meeting we were being flat out lied to by Gordon. It was all a scheme to keep selling shares.
By this time I am sure the majority had assumed the worst but Scott confirmed it.
Happy Holidays
George

ztect,
The reporter's allegations are false. We had a deal with Lufthansa and announced it publicly. We had a deal in the works with Disney, about which I do not want to comment because to do so might constitute revealing "material non-public information" (and doing a deal with Disney is not yet a "dead issue" for us).
The deals/proposed deals with Lufthansa/Disney were deals that Scott Roix and his management team would not want to pursue as structured/proposed to be structured a year ago, but that does not mean that they were not real. Today, TIGI is doing enough business, and has enough more in the pipeline, that we can afford to turn away business that is relatively less attractive.
For example, today TIGI might choose not to do the Coca-Cola College Football Rivalry promotion (because it was not designed to be immediately profitable to TIGI and we are now engaged in many profitable activities). However, Rivalry was a very successful promotion for Coke and might well lead to our doing more profitable business with them in the future. Hence, it may prove to have been worth doing, even though we might choose to do a similar deal today (but just because we would not choose to do a similar deal today, that does not mean that the deal was never "real").
