According to an article in WSJ
"Bond traders Conclude Fed will cut Rates;" most expected a .25% rate cut at the Fed meeting. This was unexpected by the vast majority of Bond traders.
"An intermeeting rate cut is only for panicky, dire situations and we are far from that".
AG shot both shells out of his double barrel shotgun. Does he have any more left?
I am personally very concerned about the psychology effect as well as the inflationary effect. Euro weakness will be only very temporary, IMHO. Bonds were actually down for the day,since the news was sold. Where do we go from here?
