Actually, that line was written by William Safire. nytimes.com And Agnew was a Liberal Rep Guv when he was taking illegal money - something all the Govs of MD had done. Clinton did similar in Arkansas except he continued while in Federal office. He most likely will be indicted for his criminal activities after leaving office. Clinton definitely will be disbarred for the same reasons that he was the first elected Prez to be impeached..
