qcom-no traction to the upside. this is the only stock crossing the tape this morning in pre-market that is surrendering almost 4 points of yesterday's gains with no news. Looks to me that someone wants to keep qcom's price down for some reason. with the spinoff coming soon, i would have expected better price action for the Q.
