I received 2 emails from MSDW. The first, sent pre-market, was a heads-up that MSDW was lowering their rating on TXN - it's dated Wed, 3 Jan 2001 07:22:13 (PST). This is presumably why TXN opened lower yesterday.

The full report was sent later, dated Wed, 3 Jan 2001 14:05:32 (PST).
